You book a free valuation

Book a valuation online with an apropos property expert or arrange a call back to discuss how we can help you rent your property.

Marketing your property

We will create all the marketing materials, including professional photographs and a virtual tour, then advertise your property on all major portals.

Property viewings

Prospective tenants can book viewings, take a virtual tour and apply to rent directly online 24/7. All viewings are accompanied by an apropos agent. Meanwhile, you can track all activity and feedback as it happens.

Tenancy agreement, inventory and rent collection
